I'm All Clean

This is me AFTER I had a bath. I look pretty calm here don't I? Well, don't be fooled...I'm not really fond of bathtime, but I sure like getting dried off and into my jammies.

A "Real" Mountain

This is Whistler-Blackcomb mountain in BC...the home of the 2010 Winter Olympics! This is what people consider to be a "real" mountain. My mom has skiied here before and loves it...I can't wait until I'm older and can learn how to ski too. This place is what my dad and mom call "high rent"....the cheapest ski coat that we saw browsing in the stores was $500 CDN. Hmmmm.... Anyway, there was lots of snow and I got to wear my snowsuit, but I didn't want to play in the snow this time because I was very cozy and warm in the Baby Bjorn on my mom....maybe next time I can try to make a snow angel.

Family and Friends in Canada

I had a lot of fun meeting all my family in Canada at Christmas. They spoiled me rotten! Can I do Christmas everyday? These are only pictures of some of the people I met...my mom doesn't have pictures developed of everyone yet. My Auntie Marsalie has such a great smile! I met my Auntie Margaret AND my Auntie Margaret Louise for the first time (they're mother and daughter you know). I also met my Uncle Rick and my cousins Rebecca and Sarah too, afterall, they are all in the same family. I even got to visit my Auntie Leann again. I haven't seen her since I was born. I can't wait to meet my American family at my cousin's wedding in June!

Smiles Galore

These are just some of the pictures the really nice lady took of me for my 3 month sitting. She made all kinds of noises in order to get me to smile. It was lots of fun!

My Great Grandmas

These are my great-grandmas! My Great-Gran Rachel (top) gave me the really pretty purple outfit that I'm wearing in the picture. She smiled at me and sang to me and made me feel very loved. My Great-Grandma Anne (bottom) lives over an hour away from my grandpa, but I really wanted to meet her so we drove to Agassiz for lunch. She talked to me and wanted to take a good picture of her and me. In return for her love, I "christened" her carpet! My grandpa had to haul out the carpet cleaning solution and clean it all up. Sorry Great-Grandma! All in all, it was SO exciting to meet them. They had seen lots of pictures of me, but had never met me in person until this Christmas. They both live in British Columbia so I don't get to see them very often, but I love them with all of my heart.

Time Flies When You're Growing Up...

I'm 3 months old today! I'm really growing and I'm 15 pounds 4 ounces and wearing 6 month clothing now...if I don't, my pants look like I'm expecting a flood! I'm sleeping all the way through the night and my mommy is very grateful. Now I wake up happy and smiling and love listening to my fun music. I have also found my voice and I can screech in a really high pitch like no one else! I usually get my own way when I do that, but I don't think that will last long so I will use it to my advantage while I can. My mommy starts back to work on January 8th so I've already visited my new daycare. Sue and Dianne are so nice and we get along really well. It's a huge relief for my parents because they know that I will be well cared for. This month is going to have lots of change but lots of fun too!

Like Father, Like Daughter

.....and Daddy thinks I look like Mommy......
who's kidding who?

A baby in the headlights?

A deer in the headlights? Apparently they aren't the only ones with a dazed look due to bright lights!
