Play us a song you're the piano girl!

My mommy has been looking and looking for a piano in the newspapers and she finally found one....and....it was FREE! So my daddy and his friends loaded it up and brought it home. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! I could "play" all day on the "no". I can't quite say piano, but my mommy knows exactly what I mean when I point to it and say "no". Maybe one day I'll play as well as my grandma Marlyn did. That would be really cool! Until that time, I will just have fun "tickling the ivories" in my own way, which involves using my whole hand all at once!

Life with a cistern...

Living "country" style means the city water supply is off limits! So we have a water cistern that holds 2000 gallons of water. The intake tube which draws water into our house broke off so when we hit 1000 gallons no more water! My daddy knew exactly what to do and he drained 1000 gallons of water out and climbed right in. Well, maybe not that easy...it's only about 2 feet across that hole into the cistern! A small space to say the least....anyway, my daddy's a hero and he fixed it! Now I can have my bath that I love so much.

G-R-A-N-D-P-A spells FUN!

I was really lucky to have my Grandpa from Canada visit me last week. It was SOOOO good to see him and get to know him better. He played with me, gave me hugs and kisses, but the BEST thing of all is that he read me about 8000 books! I LOVE books, so when I got up in the morning I would give him a book to read to me, when I had a break from playing he read to me, after lunch and after naps, more books...I think you get the point! I love my Grandpa very much and I am so glad he came to see us.

Polly want a cracker?

My mommy bought all sorts of silly hats at the dollar store and this one by far is my favorite! Need I say more?

Say Cheese!

Here I am in all my glory, with my 5 teeth, loving the camera attention!
