Geese Galore

Going for a walk in the park.

Time to share my bread with my new Canadian friend.

One more friend...this is fun!

Here goosey, goosey...come and get your treat!

Big smile for the camera because I'm having a lot of fun!

When we went to the park, we decided to take some bread along and feed the geese and ducks. It was pretty darn cool because the geese were eating the bread right out of my hand! I had a lot of laughs and some great fun feeding these geese...hopefully I'll get to do this again soon.

I Got It!

My daddy taught me how to cast my imaginary fishing line, jiggle the line to show the fish that I'm there and ready to catch them and lo and behold "I got it"! No one told me that catching mud could be so fun! :o)

Daddy and Me

I love riding on my daddy's shoulders!

We make a great pair!

Learning to "fish"...

Trying it myself....

This past weekend my daddy, my mommy and I went to the park and had a really fun time! It was a beautiful day and there were lots of people out fishing. I figured that fishing would be fun, so my daddy showed me how to "cast" my line with a stick. My Grandpa Crick will be proud because he was an amazing fisherman and I think I would like to follow in his footsteps. Then my daddy put me on his shoulders so I could see the world from a different vantage point. Mostly it was fun because I could play with his baseball cap! I have so much fun with my daddy and look forward to our next playdate.

The Dancing Porcupine

One of the coolest things at the zoo is the "dancing" porcupine. He's so famous that he's made YouTube! He will dance while he has an audience and when people leave he takes a nap; I'm not joking! I wish my mommy could put this to music because it would be really neat. Hope you get a good chuckle over this little guy.

The Zoo Animals

The cute red pandas sleeping in the sun.

Bruno the bear playing in his tractor tire.

The tiger looking for his girlfriend on the other side of the enclosure.

The HUGE wild turkey in the distance.

The dollsheep taking a nap.

Here's a snapshot of some of the animals at our zoo in Billings. It's a very small zoo, but they have lots of neat things for me to see. My favourite animals were the tiger, the red pandas and the crazy grizzly bear, Bruno who is always entertaining. I even got to see a wild turkey from a distance and mom said something about dad's rifle and Thanksgiving dinner. I didn't really catch all of her conversation, but I'm sure it meant nothing.

The Zoo

On Easter Saturday, my mommy and I went to the Zoo for the yearly scavenger hunt and to see all of the animals. It was a beautiful day and we had SO much fun. At the end of the day I got to pick out a stuffed animal, and I chose a zebra. I also got to play all sorts of fun games and won a couple of gift certificates. What a great day!

Clifford and Curious George

At our library last week I had a chance to meet Clifford the Big Red Dog and Curious George; two of my favourite story book characters! Clifford was REALLY big, but that didn't stop me, I still gave him a high five. I got to listen to 2 stories with all the other kids and then I even got 2 free books; one Clifford book and one Curious George book. I am so lucky!

St. Patrick's Day

WOW! My mom sure is behind in posting all of my "goings-on" lately. Well, here I am at our St. Patrick's Day parade in downtown Billings having a ton of fun. My mommy even caught a football for me! It was weird because a green Santa showed up and I couldn't quite figure out why he looked familiar, but strangely different at the same time. That silly Santa! Doesn't he know it's March, not December?
