It was 2 years ago today that my Grandma went to Heaven. I never got to meet her, but my mommy tells me she was really cool! She was an amazing woman who loved God with all her heart and loved her family unconditionally. She never complained, she was kind and compassionate. She really loved her music and that love of music was passed on to my mommy and my Auntie Marsalie. She had a great sense of humour....for instance, she really didn't like motorcycles much, but here she is in the picture on Daddy's motorbike with a big smile on her face! Now that's funny. She was such a good friend to so many people. She was an awesome mom and gave careful guidance, but was very firm in what she said and believed. She always saw the glass half full and her encouragement through cards and emails was a welcome sight for my mommy. We really miss her but we know that she is singing with the angels and that we will see her again one day. We love you Grandma!Saturday, April 21, 2007
